LEPC Announces May 7th and 9th Virtual Information Sessions on Application Process for
Current Funding Opportunities
U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Law Enforcement Planning Commission (LEPC) is pleased to announce that there will be virtual information sessions at 3:00 pm – 4:30pm, Tuesday, May 7th, and at 2:00 pm – 3:30pm, Thursday, May 9th, respectively.
LEPC serves as the State Administering Agency for federal United States Department of Justice grant funds awarded to the U.S. Virgin Islands.
LEPC has issued RFPs for funding made available through the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grants (JAG), Violence Against Women Act (STOP) Grants (VAWA), Victims of Crime Act Grants (VOCA), and the Residential and Substance Abuse Treatment of State Prisoners Program Grants (RSAT). These funding opportunities will close at 4:00 pm, May 20, 2024, and 4:00 pm, Monday, June 3, 2024, respectively.
Organizations interested in applying for funding through these funding opportunities are invited and encouraged to participate in either of the virtual information sessions.
